Last updated: 1 June 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the m2cuci platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account functions. By registering an account or using any part of the m2cuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use m2cuci. One account per person. You are responsible for ensuring your use of m2cuci complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m2cuci login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of who performed it.
Funds must be deposited and withdrawn through payment methods registered in your own name. m2cuci does not accept third-party payments. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting or bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors, money laundering, or any conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with m2cuci. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. m2cuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. You are obligated to notify m2cuci promptly of any changes to your registered details.
2.4 Registration and use of the Platform is void where prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the m2cuci Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. m2cuci does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
2.5 Residents of Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. If m2cuci determines that a Player is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, the Account will be suspended and any balance may be returned to the registered payment method after identity verification, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including all bets placed, all transactions, and all communications made from your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
3.2 You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify m2cuci immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team.
3.3 m2cuci will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, including losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs prior to your notification to m2cuci.
3.4 You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from your m2cuci Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment source is detected, the relevant funds may be frozen and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.2 m2cuci supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. m2cuci may request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method — before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.
4.4 Standard e-wallet withdrawal requests (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day. m2cuci does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which m2cuci accepts no liability.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits may be updated by m2cuci from time to time.
5.1 m2cuci may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements, which will be published at the time of the promotion.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit; any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds remaining at expiry.
5.3 m2cuci reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim promotional credits where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or engaging in any pattern of play that m2cuci determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
5.4 In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.
6.1 All games available on the m2cuci Platform are provided by certified third-party gaming suppliers. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. m2cuci will not reverse a confirmed bet except where a technical error attributable to m2cuci's systems can be demonstrated to have materially affected the outcome of the bet.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, game freeze, or server error — during a live dealer or RNG game round, m2cuci's records will be the definitive reference for the state of play at the time of the interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the applicable wager will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
6.4 m2cuci reserves the right to void any bet that it determines, in its reasonable opinion, to have been placed in error, under unusual circumstances, or in a manner that exploits a system error or pricing error on the Platform.
6.5 For sportsbook bets, settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, m2cuci may use credible and publicly available sources to determine settlement. Sportsbook-specific rules are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m2cuci Platform:
Where m2cuci reasonably suspects a Player of engaging in prohibited conduct, it may immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, m2cuci may permanently close the Account and forfeit all Player Funds in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
8.1 m2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion (temporary and permanent).
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed as promptly as technically possible and in any event within 24 hours of the request being received. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be disabled and no new deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened by the Player; requests to shorten an active self-exclusion period will not be actioned.

8.4 21+ Access to m2cuci is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. m2cuci employs age verification procedures and will close any Account where the registered holder is found to be below the minimum age, with any Player Funds being returned to the deposit source following completion of verification.
9.1 All content on the m2cuci Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall site design — is the property of m2cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of m2cuci.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m2cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
10.2 m2cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, for which m2cuci accepts no liability.
10.3 Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11.1 You may close your m2cuci Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance must be withdrawn; m2cuci will not hold balances on behalf of closed Accounts beyond 90 days unless prevented by law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 m2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) the Account was opened fraudulently; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate closure; or (d) continued provision of services to the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to m2cuci.
11.3 Upon Account closure, any Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified Player Funds (funds sourced from the Player's own deposits) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any mandatory verification and investigation processes.
12.1 m2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, m2cuci will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 Your continued use of the m2cuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which m2cuci holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to the m2cuci support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence m2cuci operates.
13.2 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
